Hi! My name is Brooke and I’m a DONA certified birth doula located in Harrisburg, PA!
I travel all over Central Pennsylvania helping parents feel confident, empowered, and well-supported throughout their pregnancies, birth and beyond!
I have two beautiful daughters of my own and believe doulas can play a crucial role at every birth!
What is a doula?
Never heard of a doula? Well, the literal Greek definition is “a woman who serves”. Think of it as a trained, professional support person. There are actually many kinds of doulas but my training is specifically in birth. So, I am there throughout your entire labor and delivery with the main goals of making sure your voice is heard, your needs are met, and to make sure you never feel scared, confused or out of control. Because after all, this is YOUR birth story, and the precious memories of this day will hold a special place in your heart forever.

I believe every family deserves to have a doula support their birth! I also recognize that every family’s needs are different. Therefore, I try to be flexible and make each contract as customizable as possible to fit every family’s unique situation!
By hiring me, you’re opening up your world at a very vulnerable time in your life. It is an honor just to attend such a beautiful moment. And I’m there to help make the experience stay as special as you always envisioned it would be. My job is to make sure you have the tools to get the experience you want and deserve whether that be 100% natural, 100% medicalized, or somewhere in between, providing 100% evidence-based, kind, compassionate care along the way.
What I love most about birth is that there are endless possibilities of how it can go, but no matter how it unfolds, it is always beautiful and memorable!
